Questions about monthly plans
Is there a contract?
No. There is no contract and you can cancel any time. You pay your first and last month when you start, so your final month is already covered when you leave.
Who owns my domain?
You do, always. We register it in your name from day one. Your words, photos and Google profile are yours too.
What happens to my website if I leave?
You can buy the website outright to keep it: £500 for Essentials, £1,000 for Pro or £1,500 for Growth in your first year, and half that after 12 months. Or we take it down and hand you all your content.
What is a targeted page?
A new page aimed at something your customers search for, such as a service in a nearby town. Each one is written for your business and checked by a person before it goes live.
How do I send changes?
Text, WhatsApp or email us your new photos, prices or news. Small changes go live the same working day, within fair use.
Is there a setup fee?
No, except for Growth sites with an online shop or bookings, which have a one-off £250 setup fee because they take longer to build.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for 12 months up front and get 2 months free: £990 a year for Essentials, £1,990 for Pro or £2,990 for Growth. A yearly payment covers the full 12 months and is not refunded if you leave part way through.
What is the enquiry inbox?
Every enquiry from your website, missed calls, Google and email lands in one inbox in your app, ranked for you. Real jobs go to the top, urgent ones get a text, and junk like SEO sales pitches and fake invoices is filtered out where you can still check it.
Do I need to download an app?
No app store needed. Our app saves to your phone’s home screen from a link we send you, and you sign in with a code. Prefer not to? Text, WhatsApp or email us instead.
Can I buy a website outright instead?
Yes. A website of up to 5 pages costs £750, and bigger sites start at £1,500, at a fixed price agreed before we start. You own it from day one. Add our security bolt-on for £50 a month if you want us watching it every day.
